About the Role: Innovation & Quality Analyst

We are hiring an Innovation & Quality Analyst to work remotely as part of arenaflex's Technology and Business Operations team. This position combines the precision of data entry with the strategic thinking of business analysis. You will be instrumental in supporting multiple business units including Air Operations, Customer and Business services, Systems and Services, and People and Finance teams. Your work will directly contribute to the quality and reliability of the applications and data systems that our frontline teams rely on every single day.

This is a full-time, 8-hour-per-day position offering flexibility, professional development, and the chance to work on diverse, high-impact projects. You will collaborate with experienced Scrum Masters, Engineers, and Product Owners while gaining exposure to Agile methodologies and modern business analysis practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Partner with business users to conduct thorough requirements analysis relative to systems, data workflows, and business processes. Translate these requirements into high-quality technical and operational solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
  • Quality Assurance Support: Work closely with the Quality Management Office to ensure the integrity of applications used by our frontline teams. Help test, validate, and verify that all data and system outputs meet the highest standards of accuracy and reliability.
  • Data Entry and Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain data across various business systems. Ensure that all information is processed in a timely manner and aligned with departmental standards and protocols.
  • Project Coordination: Manage timelines for planning, coding, testing, and executing technical solutions. Ensure that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as a vital communication bridge between business users and Technology teams. Ensure that expectations are clearly understood, feedback is effectively communicated, and solutions are properly implemented.
  • Systems and Acceptance Testing: Participate actively in systems testing and user acceptance testing to confirm that all solutions perform as expected before deployment.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Assist in the development of metrics and reports that showcase progress, highlight testing outcomes, and keep leadership informed about the health of ongoing initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance data quality, and streamline workflows across assigned teams and projects.

Quality Management Office (QMO) – Group Platform

While our Quality Management Office operates within the Technology space, the primary focus is on the application side. This team is responsible for ensuring that the applications our frontline team members use every day perform at the highest level. Without rigorous quality assurance, operational issues could arise that would ultimately impact the customer experience. The QMO team works hand-in-hand with Scrum Masters, Engineers, and Product Owners to test applications as changes are developed, and to track progress through meaningful metrics that keep leadership informed.

Customer and Business – Travel and Experiences

The Travel and Experiences team at arenaflex is at the forefront of developing new, revenue-generating products and services that extend beyond our core offerings. This is a fast-paced, highly focused enterprise initiative where you will gain valuable exposure to both the broader travel industry and the operational intricacies of building customer-focused products. Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong Excel skills are particularly important for data analysis and reporting tasks.
