Remote Full-time Live

About arenaflex

At arenaflex, we believe that the future of retail and digital commerce is built on the foundation of deep customer understanding, ethical data practices, and innovative technology. As a forward-thinking organization operating in the private industry sector, arenaflex is committed to transforming the way businesses connect with their customers through actionable insights, secure data ecosystems, and inclusive digital experiences. Our teams collaborate across disciplines, geographies, and time zones to build products that make a measurable difference in the lives of millions of people every day.

We are currently seeking a strategic, experienced, and visionary Senior Customer Analytics Product Manager to join our remote Customer Insights Center team. This is a fully remote, work-from-home opportunity based in the United States, offering the chance to lead high-impact initiatives that shape how internal teams and partners understand, protect, and serve customers at scale.

Position Overview

As the Senior Customer Analytics Product Manager at arenaflex, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the Customer Insights Center product suite. Your mission will be to elevate the quality, accessibility, and integrity of customer research and behavioral insights consumed by internal stakeholders across product, marketing, engineering, and operations. You will serve as a critical bridge between data, privacy, and product — ensuring that every insight we deliver is accurate, secure, ethical, and aligned with regulatory best practices.

This is a senior-level, individual contributor and leadership role suited for a product professional with a strong background in customer analytics, digital identity, data privacy, and large-scale B2B or B2C product management. You will be empowered to define vision, set priorities, and measure success through KPIs that reflect both business value and customer trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Product Leadership: Drive the end-to-end development, launch, and continuous evolution of the Customer Insights Center product, ensuring it consistently raises the bar for quality and ease of access to customer research across the organization.
  • Vision and Roadmap Definition: Articulate and communicate a clear product strategy, prioritization framework, and delivery timeline for the Customer Insights Center, aligning cross-functional stakeholders around shared goals.
  • Data Privacy and Security Stewardship: Ensure that all tools, dashboards, and platforms are designed, built, and scaled to meet the rigorous security and integrity requirements needed to protect customer data and digital identity.
  • KPI Ownership and Performance Measurement: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators and success metrics that gauge the adoption, impact, and quality of the Customer Insights Center across internal teams.
  • Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of emerging trends in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and privacy regulations, identifying opportunities for product innovation, differentiation, and thought leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Data Science, Marketing, and Membership platform teams to deliver best-in-class customer analytics solutions that prioritize data protection and customer privacy at every stage.
  • Inclusive Product Design: Champion accessibility and inclusion in product design, applying Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and integrating assistive technologies into the product experience.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present data-driven product narratives, performance updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Mentorship and Influence: Serve as a role model and trusted advisor for product best practices, mentoring junior product managers and elevating the overall craft of product management across the team.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet one of the following minimum qualification paths:

  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field, plus 7 years of progressive experience in product management.
  • Option 2: 9 years of equivalent professional experience in product management or a closely related field, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering complex, data-driven products.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make your application stand out:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 6+ years of experience as a product manager, with direct ownership of consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B or B2C products.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building inclusive digital experiences, with hands-on knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility integration.
  • Deep familiarity with customer analytics platforms, customer data platforms (CDPs), and modern privacy frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA, and emerging global data protection standards.
  • Experience working in retail, e-commerce, membership-based programs, or large-scale consumer technology environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences.

Essential Skills and Competencies

  • Strategic thinking and the ability to translate vision into executable roadmaps.
  • Strong product instincts combined with a deep respect for customer privacy and ethical data use.
  • Outstanding collaboration skills and the ability to influence without authority across cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, prioritizing ruthlessly, and making data-informed decisions.
  • Deep understanding of product management frameworks, agile methodologies, and product-led growth principles.
  • High emotional intelligence, empathy, and a customer-obsessed mindset.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a growth-oriented approach to challenges.

Career Growth and Learning Opportunities

At arenaflex, we invest deeply in the growth and development of every team member. As a Senior Customer Analytics Product Manager, you will have access to:

  • Personalized career development plans and regular coaching from senior product leaders.
  • Sponsorship for industry conferences, certifications, and continued education in product management, data privacy, and analytics.
  • Internal mobility opportunities across product, data, and technology tracks.
  • Mentorship and reverse-mentorship programs designed to accelerate learning at every career stage.
  • A culture that celebrates curiosity, experimentation, and learning from both successes and failures.
