As a Supervisor, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Inflight Services, Airport Operations, Menu Development, Planning, and Sanitation teams. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, managing vendor performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting innovation in menu concepts and service delivery. This is an exceptional opportunity for an operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and globally connected environment.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor and Performance Management

  • Analyze operational performance and customer satisfaction data to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and make data-driven recommendations to leadership.
  • Identify root causes of operational failures and drive vendor accountability for corrective actions, action plans, and timelines.
  • Maintain a visible and present presence in both catering and airport operations as needed to ensure alignment and address emerging issues.
  • Recognize and communicate operational risks and process improvement recommendations using daily observations and ongoing analysis of performance data.
  • Participate actively in troubleshooting and timely problem resolution to meet operational targets.

Change Management

  • Coordinate the execution of new menu concepts and service enhancements.
  • Offer local support for initiatives such as technology upgrades, changes to performance metrics, and process compliance improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to support change management and communication plans; monitor adoption and progress of new initiatives.

Leadership, Collaboration, and Partnership

  • Ensure transparent communication and proactive planning with airport stakeholders including Inflight, SOC, Customer Service, Ramp Operations, and the Business Office.
  • Participate in key airport meetings to remain connected with stakeholders and address operational challenges.
  • Maintain a regular presence in the Inflight Base to engage with Inflight leaders, pursers, and flight attendants, ensuring a closed feedback loop on issues and concerns.
  • Act as a subject matter expert providing guidance and support to catering vendors and local operational groups.
