Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a central role in supporting the legal operations team by capturing, organizing, and validating critical contract information. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Retrieve, review, and record data from approximately 330 contract documents, focusing on 12 specific attributes per document — including contract type, effective date, renewal terms, parties involved, governing jurisdiction, and other key data points.
- Accurately enter all collected data into a designated worksheet, database, or contract management system while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct quality checks on entered data to ensure completeness, correctness, and conformity to internal formatting standards.
- Collaborate proactively with the Legal team to address questions, clarify ambiguities, and resolve discrepancies found within source documents.
- Maintain organized records of processed files, tracking progress against daily and weekly targets.
- Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks, suggest workflow improvements, and contribute to ongoing process optimization initiatives.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and data security protocols in handling sensitive contractual and business information.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional team members through digital collaboration tools, including video calls, chat platforms, and project management software.
