Position Overview

arenaflex is currently hiring a full-time Remote Business Growth Specialist (Sales Development Representative) to join our expanding team of Business Improvement Agents. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the critical first point of contact for prospective customers, generating qualified leads, conducting product introductions, and laying the foundation for lasting business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Business Growth Specialist at arenaflex, your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied, engaging, and centered on driving measurable results. You will:

  • Generate and Qualify Leads: Participate in both inbound and outbound calling campaigns designed to identify prospects, assess their needs, and qualify them as potential sales opportunities for our clients.
  • Conduct Product Introductions: Confidently deliver compelling product overviews and sales presentations that highlight the unique value our clients offer to their target markets.
  • Manage the Sales Pipeline: Organize, track, and follow up on leads using our CRM platform, ensuring no opportunity falls through the cracks.
  • Build Lasting Relationships: Cultivate genuine connections with prospects and existing customers, positioning arenaflex as a trusted partner in their business journey.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals established by our client partners and arenaflex leadership.
  • Maintain Quality Standards: Adhere to strict quality benchmarks, passing all call monitoring audits with a score of 98% or higher.
  • Master Multiple Campaigns: Receive training on various dialing campaigns and adapt quickly to different client products, services, and value propositions.
  • Meet Hourly Requirements: Satisfy minimum dialing hour requirements as determined by the Operations Manager to ensure productivity and performance consistency.
  • Continuous Learning: Acquire new skills, retain detailed product knowledge, and stay current on industry trends and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications
