Account Executive, Specialty Infusion Southern California (Inland Empire / Orange County / Riverside) Full-Time Direct Hire TalentLNX LLC ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY TalentLNX is recruiting on behalf of a specialty infusion pharmacy entering the Southern California market. The organization is pre-launch, physician-led, and building a founding sales team. This is a high-autonomy, high-earnings role for a proven infusion sales professional who is already in the space and ready for a comp structure with no ceiling. Base salary up to $150,000. Uncapped commission. Top performers in comparable markets reaching $300,000 to $375,000. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own a Southern California territory spanning the Inland Empire, Orange County, Riverside, Temecula, Palm Springs, and Pasadena markets.
  • Drive IVIG patient starts with a target of 10 or more per month through consistent provider outreach across Rheumatology, GI, Neurology, and Infectious Disease.
  • Execute 30 to 40 provider touchpoints weekly using a tiered A, B, and C-account cadence, planned 2 to 3 months in advance.
  • Conduct lunch-and-learns and polished provider presentations without requiring administrative or training support.
  • Report directly to ownership with full accountability for territory revenue and patient start volume.
  • Leverage available market data platforms to identify high-value providers and prioritize outreach effectively.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 3 or more years of active infusion or specialty biologics sales experience. Pharma-only backgrounds are not a match for this role.
  • Current or recent IVIG volume you can speak to specifically, including patient starts and approximate territory revenue.
  • Existing relationships with specialty providers in Southern California, with Rheumatology as the primary focus.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-manage in a field-based role. No daily supervision or structured training support is available.
  • Local presence in or active familiarity with the Southern California market and its daily travel demands.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience within a national or regional home infusion or specialty infusion organization in a field sales capacity.
  • Biologics sales background calling on Rheumatology, GI, or Neurology providers in Southern California, with comfort using data platforms to drive provider targeting decisions.
