The Customer Service Associate position is the front line of our locker ecosystem. You will be the friendly face that greets shoppers, assists with order inquiries, and ensures every package is processed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare items for delivery using handheld scanners and mobile devices.
- Greet customers, answer questions, and provide clear guidance on locker usage, pickup procedures, and return policies.
- Diagnose and resolve common customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate support team when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
- Open and close locker sites, perform shift handovers, and ensure all operational checklists are completed accurately.
- Receive inbound truck deliveries, verify shipment contents, and efficiently unload packages using carts, dollies, and hand trucks.
- Utilize arenaflex technology—including smartphones, handheld scanners, and inventory management software—to track package flow in real time.
- Collaborate with teammates and cross‑functional partners to meet daily volume targets and uphold service level agreements.
Physical Requirements & Work Schedule
- Lift and move packages weighing up to 49 lb (22 kg); reasonable accommodations are available upon request.
- Stand and walk for up to five‑hour shifts; seating options are provided where feasible.
- Operate carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other material‑handling equipment safely.
- Navigate stairs when locker locations are situated in multi‑level facilities.
- Availability for part‑time or full‑time schedules between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with weekly variations based on business needs.
Essential Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and able to communicate effectively in English.
