Key Responsibilities
- Enter data from a continuous stream of images into the QuickClaim system with precision and speed.
- Identify and classify document types (e.g., claim forms, medical records, eligibility documents) based on provided guidelines.
- Review, verify, and validate entered data to meet or exceed arenaflex’s rigorous quality standards.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of PHI, adhering to HIPAA and internal security protocols.
- Collaborate professionally with teammates, supervisors, and cross‑functional staff to resolve data ambiguities.
- Suggest and document process improvement ideas that enhance efficiency, accuracy, or workflow ergonomics.
- Complete daily task quotas, attend virtual team huddles, and perform additional office duties as assigned.
