Location & Equipment Requirements

This position is open to candidates residing anywhere in the United States. If you live within a 50‑mile radius of one of our local sites, you may also be considered for onsite opportunities. To ensure a high‑quality experience for both you and our customers, please confirm that you meet the following equipment and internet standards:

  • One standalone monitor (minimum 19 inches).
  • Hard‑wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 5 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload (satellite or wireless connections are not acceptable).
  • A reliable home phone line or mobile phone for outbound verification calls.
  • A quiet, distraction‑free home office space.
  • An ergonomic chair and a stable desk to support long‑hour shifts.
