Role Overview

As a member of the arenaflex chat sales team, you will be responsible for delivering rapid, persuasive, and empathetic responses to live chat inquiries. You will collaborate closely with sales and marketing leadership to refine conversion funnels, optimize chat scripts, and scale the function as the company grows. The role also offers a clear pathway to team leadership, allowing you to mentor new chat agents and shape the strategic direction of our chat‑based sales channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Live‑Chat Engagement: Respond to inbound chat messages within seconds, demonstrating exceptional written communication and product knowledge.
  • Product Education: Clearly articulate arenaflex’s portfolio—including landline‑over‑cellular solutions, power‑backup options, and spam‑blocking features—to help customers understand the value proposition.
  • Guided Purchasing: Assist prospects through each step of the online purchase process, recommending the right plan or device configuration based on their unique needs.
  • Conversion Optimization: Partner with sales and marketing leaders to analyze chat metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement data‑driven improvements that boost volume and conversion rates.
  • Script Development: Craft, test, and refine chat scripts that balance compliance, brand voice, and persuasive storytelling.
  • Team Development: Train new chat agents, conduct regular performance reviews, and share best practices to ensure the entire team meets or exceeds quota.
  • Feedback Loop: Relay customer insights and product pain points to product management, influencing roadmap decisions and feature enhancements.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in sales, with at least 1 year focused on chat‑based or digital communication sales.
