Position Summary

The Customer Retention Specialist – Field Agent is a critical front‑line role that blends consultative sales, education, and relationship building. You will work directly with existing customers, reinforcing their confidence in arenaflex’s product portfolio while identifying opportunities to cross‑sell additional energy solutions that align with their lifestyle and budget. Key Responsibilities

  • Retention & Growth: Proactively engage current customers to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and uncover opportunities for additional product sales such as renewable energy plans, home battery systems, and energy‑efficiency upgrades.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct in‑depth needs analyses, educate homeowners on the advantages of arenaflex’s offerings, and articulate competitive differentiators that position arenaflex as the preferred energy provider.
  • Customer Experience Excellence: Deliver a seamless, professional experience from the first point of contact through contract finalization, ensuring every interaction reflects arenaflex’s brand standards.
  • CRM Mastery: Accurately document all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow‑up tasks using arenaflex’s mobile CRM platform on an iPad, maintaining data integrity for reporting and forecasting.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Partner with inside sales representatives, marketing specialists, and technical support teams to coordinate campaigns, share insights, and drive collective success.
  • Field Presence: Conduct face‑to‑face visits with customers at least 50% of the time, navigating diverse neighborhoods and adapting to varying weather conditions while maintaining a professional appearance.

Essential Qualifications
