Role Overview
The Delivery Station Customer Service Associate is the frontline champion of arenaflex’s promise to deliver on time, every time. You will provide real‑time, hands‑on support within our delivery stations, acting as the trusted voice that guides customers, delivery partners, and internal teams through the intric‑ate logistics network. Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction & Support
- Engage directly with customers in‑person, via telephone, and through email to address inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
- Demonstrate empathy, actively listen, and prioritize each customer’s unique needs while maintaining arenaflex’s high standards of service.
- Provide accurate, up‑to‑date information about package status, delivery windows, and any exceptions that may arise.

Physical & Operational Duties
- Safely lift, carry, push, and pull packages up to 49 pounds throughout the shift.
- Perform frequent squatting, bending, and reaching motions while maintaining proper ergonomics.
- Stand and walk for up to 12‑hour shifts in a dynamic warehouse environment.
- Adapt to varying noise levels and temperature fluctuations; hearing protection and appropriate attire are provided.
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with warehouse associates, delivery drivers, and regional logistics coordinators to synchronize delivery schedules.
- Relay rescheduling requests, address missed‑delivery alerts, and coordinate re‑dispatches in real time.
- Contribute to cross‑functional meetings focused on process improvement, customer experience, and performance metrics.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business, communications, or logistics is a plus.
