Senior D365 F&O Functional Consultant - Freelance

Our Business Applications practice is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a Senior D365 F&O Functional Consultant to work directly with our high-profile clients. If you are a bilingual professional passionate about cloud ERP, love solving complex business puzzles, and want to work in an agile, remote-first global environment, we want to meet you! 🎯 What will your mission be at Tonic 3?Direct Client Facing: Lead discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions directly with client stakeholders in the USA. Solution Design: Translate complex American business processes into efficient, scalable configurations within D365 F&O. Bridge the Gap: Perform Gap Analysis and author high-quality Functional Design Documents (FDD) to collaborate seamlessly with our technical team. Ensure Success: Guide USA-based teams through critical phases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training Key Users, and hypercare Go-Live support. 💼 What do you need to bring? (Requirements) Language Skills: Fluent / Bilingual English is an absolute must. You will be communicating daily, presenting solutions, and negotiating scope with native English speakers. Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in End-to-End implementations of Dynamics 365 F&O (or AX 2012). Core Expertise: Deep knowledge in either Finance (MB-310) or Supply Chain Management (MB-330) modules. Certifications: Microsoft Official Certifications (MB-310 or MB-330) are highly preferred. Ecosystem Mastery: Familiarity with Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps.
