This role involves working directly with prospects to understand their DevOps challenges and architect solutions that drive real business impact, acting as the technical backbone of the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Understand DevOps challenges and architect solutions that drive business impact
- Walk into C-suite meetings and explain how DORA metrics drive business outcomes
- Dive deep with engineering teams on Salesforce DevOps implementation strategies
- Craft narratives that connect technical capabilities to business transformation
- Translate complex deployment pipelines into ROI conversations
- Conduct demos that show why our solutions matter
- Work directly with prospects from initial discovery calls to final contract negotiations
Skills
- Deep expertise in DevOps ecosystems and software delivery intelligence
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps and platform optimization
- Fluent in DORA metrics (Deployment Frequency, Lead Time, Change Failure Rate, Recovery Time)
- Strong understanding of Developer Experience (DevEx) and its impact on productivity
- You don't just present features. You craft narratives that connect technical capabilities to business transformation
- Can translate complex deployment pipelines into ROI conversations
- Your demos don't just show what we do, they show why it matters
