[Remote] Senior Sales Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Peak Nano is seeking a Sr Sales Manager for our dielectric films team to help grow revenue within the capacitor and OEM markets. This role involves managing high-level relationships with customers and driving strategies to replace legacy materials with advanced films in various sectors.
Responsibilities
- Drive a dual-track strategy: a 'Cap Design Win Push' to replace legacy materials like BOPP-C, PET, and PEN with Peak Nano’s advanced films, and a 'Vertical Market Pull' to create specific applications for leaders in the Power Grid, EV/Charging, Defense, and Fusion Energy sectors
- Manage high-level relationships with customers, including industry giants such as Tesla, TDK, Siemens, Eaton, and ABB, as well as government agencies (DoE, DOD) and national research laboratories
- Travel up to 40% domestically and internationally to eliminate barriers to deal velocity and ensure Peak Nano is positioned as a superior alternative or critical second source for global capacitor manufacturers
Skills
- US Citizenship
- BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science
- 5+ years of proven experience selling capacitor films or other component-level products into the OEM sales process
- Previous sales experience in the Capacitor, Power Grid, EV/Charging, Defense, or Fusion Energy markets
- MS Degree in Engineering or Business Admin
- Fabrication experience and familiarity with hand tools
