[Remote] Director of Growth

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Arima Health is a virtual, nationwide sleep medicine clinic delivering fast, evidence-based care. They are seeking a Growth Lead to build and scale systems for patient acquisition and referral partnerships, aiming to create a repeatable and measurable growth engine.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end referral and patient acquisition funnel
  • Build reporting by referral source, partner, campaign, and channel
  • Improve conversion from referral to booked appointment
  • Develop sales enablement materials, scripts, email templates, and partner onboarding workflows
  • Build and manage CRM workflows, source attribution, and growth dashboards
  • Identify and reduce patient drop-off across landing pages, booking, intake, and follow-up
  • Partner with Product and Operations to improve patient conversion and speed-to-care
  • Support outbound sales efforts with target lists, campaign structure, and performance reporting
  • Create weekly growth reporting for leadership
  • Help build a repeatable growth engine across dental, medical, and other referral channels

Skills

  • 5–8+ years of experience in growth operations, revenue operations, partnerships, healthcare growth, or startup operations
  • Strong analytical and operational mindset
  • Experience building repeatable processes in ambiguous environments
  • Experience with CRM systems, funnel reporting, and sales operations
  • Strong written communication and ability to create clear sales/partner materials
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, operations, and leadership
  • High ownership, low ego, and comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Healthcare, telehealth, specialty care, or provider organization experience
  • Experience with referral-based growth
  • Experience supporting sales into provider offices
  • Experience with dental, primary care, DME, or sleep medicine markets
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Athena, or similar systems
  • Startup experience
