In this role, you will manage customer service activities, resolve issues affecting orders, and enhance supply chain processes while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve issues affecting multiple orders/customers, leading cross-functional meetings
  • Handle day-to-day customer service activities, including order entry, expedited orders, and customer credits
  • Lead continuous improvement projects and manage high-volume promotional activities
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners
  • Act as a liaison between departments and customers to ensure timely and accurate order processing

Skills

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least one year in a customer-facing role
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain
  • Three years in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center
  • Knowledge of supply chain, order management, and customer services processes
  • Experience with CCNA Product Supply system, Salesforce, and SAP
