[Remote] Associate Director, Global Healthcare Compliance Operations

Axiom is a leader in the alternative legal services industry, seeking an Associate Director for Global Healthcare Compliance Operations to support a leading biotechnology company. The role involves leading the development and optimization of compliance operations, collaborating with various teams to drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance compliance operations, systems, and workflows
- Support HCP/HCO engagement processes, transparency reporting, and third-party compliance activities
- Develop compliance metrics, dashboards, and reporting capabilities
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement compliant business processes
- Support audits, monitoring activities, and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, compliance operations, or related pharmaceutical/biotechnology functions
- Experience implementing and managing compliance-related systems and technology platforms
- Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements, including AKS, FCA, FDA regulations, PhRMA Code, EFPIA Code, and transparency reporting requirements
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA, JD, or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a global pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment
- Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with compliance technologies, reporting tools, and workflow optimization
