They are seeking a Fund Accountant responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring accurate fund accounting, and collaborating with stakeholders for financial transparency.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and analyzing financial statements
  • Ensuring accurate fund accounting
  • Maintaining NAV calculations
  • Generating financial reports
  • Supporting finance-related activities
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Managing fund allocations
  • Adhering to compliance standards
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve financial transparency and accuracy

Skills

  • Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements, including accurate analysis and reporting
  • In-depth knowledge of Fund Accounting and fund allocation processes
  • Experience with Financial Reporting and maintaining compliance with relevant guidelines
  • Ability to calculate and manage NAV (Net Asset Value) effectively
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices, with a background in Finance
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plus
  • Proficiency in accounting software and tools
  • Experience in non-profit or tribal organizations is advantageous
