[Remote] Director of Sales Operations ( AdTech experience required & in DMV area)

They are seeking a Director of Sales Operations to enhance the efficiency of their North America and EMEA sales teams by optimizing processes, managing sales technology, and providing performance analytics.
Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Refine sales methodologies, create playbooks, and map the customer journey for better efficiency
- Technology & Data Management: Own the sales technology stack (CRM, sales enablement tools), ensuring data integrity, adoption, and analytics
- Performance Analytics: Define metrics for sales effectiveness and build dashboards to inform executive decisions
- Sales Enablement & Onboarding: Collaborate with Marketing and Product to ensure the sales team is equipped with the right collateral, competitive intelligence, and training to win
Skills
- 7+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales management
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools)
- Ability to analyze complex data sets to drive strategic decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- A solid understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape and the challenges of ad fraud/privacy
