[Remote] Partner Incentive Operations Specialist

They are seeking a detail-oriented Partner Incentive Operations Specialist to support the administration of partner incentive programs and ensure accurate, timely processing of partner payments.

Responsibilities

  • Review, triage, and process partner incentive submissions in accordance with established policies and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Validate supporting documentation and follow up with partners regarding incomplete or inaccurate submissions
  • Apply program rules and guidelines to ensure eligibility and compliance
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding activities with Finance and Accounts Payable teams
  • Manage incentive payout processes and ensure payments are processed accurately and on schedule
  • Investigate and resolve payment-related discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of incentive submissions, approvals, and payments
  • Perform ongoing reconciliation activities to ensure data integrity and financial accuracy
  • Monitor incentive program activity and maintain source-of-truth reporting trackers
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for incentive administration processes
  • Establish and improve operational workflows, controls, and SLA tracking
  • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency through automation and process optimization
  • Generate operational reports related to submission volumes, processing timelines, payouts, and program performance
  • Partner closely with Finance, Accounts Payable, Partner Programs, and other internal stakeholders
  • Escalate complex cases or policy exceptions as appropriate

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Partner Operations, Channel Operations, Finance Operations, Deal Desk, Program Operations, Revenue Operations, or related operational roles
  • Experience processing transactions, incentives, rebates, payments, claims, or similar operational workflows
  • Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume environments
  • Experience managing reconciliations, tracking systems, and operational reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
