[Remote] Contact Center Engineer - W2 Only
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Saransh Inc is seeking a Contact Center Engineer to support their telephony systems and IVR integration. The role involves designing and deploying self-service call flows and enhancing voice-driven customer interaction systems.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on expertise with Telephony systems and IVR integration, including designing and deploying self-service call flows and CTI connectivity
- Proficiency in SRM (Speech Recognition/Response Management) tools and integrations, with the ability to troubleshoot and enhance voice-driven customer interaction systems
- Preferred - Experience with Uniphore platform configuration, enhancement, and optimization, including familiarity with conversational AI and automation workflows
Skills
