Responsibilities
- Technology Strategy: Develops and implements application strategies that leverage AI to enhance system performance, ensuring alignment with Empower's mission to provide quality healthcare solutions. This strategic oversight drives operational excellence and supports rapid scalability in a dynamic environment
- Operational Leadership: Leads cross-functional teams to optimize application performance, ensuring that all systems are compliant with industry regulations while enhancing user experience through innovative technology solutions. This role requires a focus on execution and accountability
- Collaboration Across Teams: Fosters a culture of collaboration by partnering with various departments to identify application needs and implement solutions that drive efficiency and improve service delivery. This includes leveraging AI tools to streamline processes and enhance decision-making
- Quality Assurance: Establishes and maintains rigorous quality assurance protocols for application systems, ensuring that all software solutions meet the highest standards of performance and compliance. This responsibility includes continuous monitoring and improvement initiatives
- AI Integration: Drives the integration of AI technologies into application systems, enhancing decision-making capabilities and operational efficiency. This involves assessing AI tools and methodologies to ensure they align with Empower's strategic goals
Skills
- Experience in application systems administration with a focus on healthcare technology
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in improving operational efficiency
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive strategic initiatives
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
- Experience in a 503A/503B compounding pharmacy environment
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the healthcare sector
- Knowledge of advanced technology solutions in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and team leadership
