[Remote] Customer Care - Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Stones River Electric is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join their team. This position is responsible for assisting internal and external customers by providing service and billing information.
Responsibilities
- Incoming and Outgoing Phone calls
- Processing of customer service requests
- Updating customer portals
- Working with Stones River Service Coordinators and notifying customers of service dates
- Uploading documentation to customer portals as well as accounting/work order system
- Data entry
Skills
- Must be detail oriented
- Must have a working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
- Must have at least 3 years of service customer care experience
