[Remote] Sr. Manager, Product & Omni-Channel Marketing

Divi is a scalp health company focused on pioneering healthy scalp routines, and they are looking for a Senior Manager, Product & Omni-Channel Marketing. This role will drive brand execution across various commercial channels by translating brand strategy into compelling consumer experiences, overseeing product storytelling, launch execution, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance brand presence and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Own the development and maintenance of PDPs across DTC, Amazon, Ulta.com, and future retail.com platforms
  • Establish and maintain PDP standards, ensuring consistency in brand voice, claims hierarchy, education, ingredient storytelling, regimen integration/merchandising, and conversion-driving content
  • Partner with Creative to brief and develop channel-specific PDP assets
  • Collaborate with Growth and Lifecycle teams to continuously optimize PDP performance based on consumer behavior and conversion insights
  • Ensure all PDP experiences balance channel-specific best practices with overall brand consistency
  • Own the strategy and development of bundles, kits, gift sets, and retailer-exclusive offerings
  • Build and maintain a cohesive bundle architecture that supports regimen adoption, trial, gifting, subscription growth, and average order value expansion
  • Define consumer targets, product positioning, pricing strategy, and reasons-to-believe for each bundle offering
  • Partner with Product Development, Operations, and Brand Leadership to ensure bundle strategy aligns with portfolio priorities and operational capabilities
  • Work cross-functionally to optimize bundle presentation and performance across all sales channels
  • Lead Divi's reviews program across DTC, Amazon, and retail partners
  • Develop strategies to increase review volume, quality, and relevance
  • Partner with Lifecycle Marketing on post-purchase review acquisition initiatives
  • Collaborate with channel partners to support review syndication and visibility
  • Establish review response, moderation, and escalation processes in partnership with Legal and Customer Experience teams
  • Identify recurring consumer themes and insights that can inform future messaging, claims development, and product storytelling
  • Own day-to-day brand presence across key commercial channels, ensuring a cohesive consumer experience
  • Manage Amazon Brand Store content, A+ content updates, listing optimization, and merchandising enhancements
  • Support retailer marketing programs, launch execution, and brand presentation for partners such as Ulta
  • Partner with Ecommerce and Growth teams to evolve the storytelling and merchandising experience across diviofficial.com
  • Ensure the brand maintains a consistent identity while adapting appropriately for each retail environment
  • Lead cross-functional execution of new product launches across all channels
  • Develop and manage launch briefs, timelines, and channel-specific deliverables
  • Coordinate claims, copy, packaging assets, retailer requirements, and launch readiness activities
  • Partner with Creative to ensure all supporting assets are delivered on time and aligned with brand standards
  • Serve as a key project manager and communication hub during launch windows to ensure seamless execution

Skills

  • 5–8+ years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, ecommerce marketing, or related functions
  • Experience managing product launches and cross-functional marketing initiatives within a consumer brand environment
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce merchandising and PDP optimization
  • Experience working across multiple sales channels, including DTC, Amazon, and specialty retail partners
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience within beauty, personal care, wellness, or consumer packaged goods industries
  • Familiarity with Amazon marketing and content management tools
  • Experience developing bundle, assortment, or promotional strategies
  • Knowledge of consumer reviews platforms and reputation management programs
