They are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations and initiatives that foster a strong culture, develop talent, and enhance employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead culture and engagement initiatives that bring our values to life
  • Partner with leadership to align people strategy with company goals
  • Design and run career growth programs and Modtech University training
  • Lead quarterly performance reviews focused on growth and feedback
  • Launch leadership development and mentorship programs
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting and strengthen our employer brand
  • Create onboarding experiences that connect new hires to our mission from day one
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations
  • Modernize HR systems and processes as we scale

Skills

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Proven success leading training, performance, and culture programs
  • Strong communication, coaching, and people skills
  • Paylocity and Microsoft Business Central experience is a plus
  • DoD or project-based company experience preferred
