Role Overview

As a Remote Data Entry Analyst – HR Compliance & Fingerprint Processing at arenaflex, you will be the backbone of the HR Compliance Group. Your primary mission is to maintain flawless records of employee background checks, fingerprint submissions, and related regulatory filings. You will act as a liaison between internal HR systems, external agencies (such as TSA, U.S. Customs, and the U.S. Postal Service), and the FBI fingerprint database, ensuring that every data point is accurate, up‑to‑date, and compliant with federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process daily FBI fingerprint submissions into the arenaflex Access database, promptly identifying and resolving any data discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update HR compliance records, including TSA clearance letters, Air Terminal Power Sheets, and customs documentation.
  • Conduct thorough audits of fingerprint applications, verifying accuracy and re‑submitting any missing or erroneous entries to the TSA Clearinghouse.
  • Collaborate closely with the HRIS and EC (Enterprise Compliance) teams to reconcile data across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and integrity.
  • Generate and maintain custom dashboards and detailed reports that track compliance metrics, turnaround times, and audit findings.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on government compliance requirements, inbound/outbound processes, and best‑practice data handling.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external agencies, responding to inquiries, submitting required documentation, and facilitating smooth communication channels.
