Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Support

  • Engage with customers face‑to‑face, as well as via phone, email, and chat, delivering clear, courteous, and accurate information about their shipments.
  • Demonstrate genuine empathy, prioritize urgent needs, and set realistic expectations while maintaining arenaflex’s high service standards.
  • Draft concise, grammatically correct written responses that address customer concerns and reflect arenaflex’s brand voice.
  • Escalate complex cases to subject‑matter experts, ensuring customers receive the most up‑to‑date and precise guidance.

Operational Excellence

  • Collaborate with warehouse associates, delivery partners, and logistics coordinators to resolve delivery disruptions before they impact the customer.
  • Make swift, data‑driven decisions on behalf of customers, balancing policy adherence with creative problem‑solving.
  • Maintain accurate logs of interactions, outcomes, and follow‑up actions in arenaflex’s CRM system.
  • Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives, sharing frontline insights that shape process enhancements and technology upgrades.

Physical & Environmental Duties

  • Safely lift, carry, push, and pull packages up to 49 pounds; frequently squat, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
  • Stand and walk for up to 12‑hour shifts, adapting to variable noise levels (hearing protection provided) and fluctuating temperature conditions.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment and ergonomic best practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service, logistics, or related fields is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1‑2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably within a fast‑moving retail, logistics, or call‑center environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a logical, judgment‑driven approach to decision making.
  • Physical ability to meet the lifting and stamina requirements outlined above.
  • Flexibility to work a full‑time schedule (40+ hours per week) that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Knowledge of supply‑chain fundamentals, last‑mile delivery processes, or e‑commerce fulfillment.
