Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Answer inbound customer calls with warmth, professionalism, and a deep understanding of our product catalog, handling inquiries, order modifications, and cancellations.
  • Leverage consultative sales techniques to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, guiding customers toward lighting and décor solutions that match their style and functional needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering design tips, product recommendations, and installation guidance that enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Proactively negotiate with customers to prevent returns, resolve concerns, and secure long‑term loyalty, turning potential churn into advocacy.
  • Document every interaction meticulously in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, compliance with quality standards, and a clear audit trail for future reference.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, fulfillment, and product development teams to relay customer feedback, identify trends, and influence product enhancements.

Essential Qualifications – What We Require

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or retail environment, preferably within a home‑goods or e‑commerce setting.

  • Proficiency with computers, including fast typing (≥60 wpm) and accurate data entry; comfortable navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously.

  • Availability to work Saturdays (or equivalent weekend shifts) to support peak shopping periods and ensure uninterrupted customer support.
