  • Research and recommend flights, accommodations, ground transportation, tours, and ancillary services that align with client objectives.
  • Prepare and present clear, itemized quotes, itineraries, and invoices, highlighting value‑added options and cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and local operators to secure reservations, manage changes, and resolve any issues that arise before, during, and after travel.

Industry Knowledge & Continuous Learning

  • Stay current on global travel trends, visa regulations, health and safety protocols, and emerging destination hotspots.

  • Contribute insights and best practices to the internal knowledge base, helping the broader team improve service delivery.

Essential Qualifications

  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Technology Setup: Reliable high‑speed internet connection, a computer or laptop, and a smartphone for client communication.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English proficiency; bilingual abilities (Spanish, Portuguese, or other languages) are a distinct advantage.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Demonstrated ability to listen actively, empathize, and resolve client concerns with poise.
  • Self‑Management: Proven track record of working independently, meeting deadlines, and staying organized in a remote environment.

Preferred Experience & Attributes

  • Previous experience in travel agencies, hospitality, or related service industries.
  • Familiarity with global distribution systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport.
  • Sales acumen with a goal‑driven mindset and a willingness to pursue commission‑based earnings.
