Position Overview

As a Customer Service Associate – Locker+, you will be the friendly face behind the counter at one of arenaflex’s retail locations. Your primary mission is to ensure that every customer’s interaction with our Locker+ service is smooth, efficient, and memorable. You will handle package receipt, order picking, returns processing, and assist customers with any questions or challenges they encounter.

Core Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Receive, pick, and stow customer orders; process returns; and prepare packages for outbound delivery.
  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers, answer inquiries, and provide clear guidance on using Locker+ services.
  • Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve issues such as misplaced items, delivery exceptions, and return complications.
  • Facility Upkeep: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace; ensure the locker area is tidy and well‑stocked.
  • Location Operations: Open and close the Locker+ site, manage key control, and oversee daily operational checklists.
  • Technology Utilization: Operate smartphones, handheld scanners, and other digital tools to track inventory and process transactions.
  • Logistics Coordination: Receive truck deliveries, unload packages, and verify shipment contents against manifests.

Physical & Availability Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds (reasonable accommodations available).
  • Stand and walk for up to five‑hour shifts (reasonable accommodations available).
  • Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other equipment to move items safely.
  • Navigate stairs where applicable.
  • Availability to work part‑time between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules that may vary week to week.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to understand and follow safety and operational guidelines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Basic math and computer literacy for scanning, inventory tracking, and transaction processing.
  • Reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to adhering to scheduled shifts.
