Position Overview

We are currently seeking two highly motivated professionals to join our Human Resources department on a part‑time, fully remote basis:

  • Remote Data Entry Typist (Part‑Time) – responsible for accurate, high‑volume data transcription and maintenance of HR records.
  • HR Project Manager (Part‑Time) – tasked with planning, executing, and delivering strategic HR initiatives that drive operational excellence.

Both roles report to the HR Operations Lead and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Payroll. The ideal candidates are self‑directed, detail‑oriented, and comfortable thriving in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

Remote Data Entry Typist – Core Duties

  • Enter employee, benefits, and payroll data into arenaflex’s HRIS with a minimum accuracy rate of 99.5%.
  • Update and reconcile records on a daily basis, ensuring that all information reflects the most current status.
  • Perform routine data quality checks, flagging inconsistencies and working with HR specialists to resolve them.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data‑security protocols in accordance with GDPR, CCPA, and internal policies.
  • Follow documented data‑entry guidelines, continuously suggesting improvements to streamline workflows.
  • Provide timely support to internal stakeholders who request data extracts or reports.

HR Project Manager – Core Duties

  • Lead end‑to‑end HR projects, from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with senior HR leaders to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Create detailed project plans, Gantt charts, and resource allocation matrices using tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Smartsheet.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings, produce concise progress reports, and communicate risks or issues to stakeholders promptly.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including IT, Finance, and Legal—to secure necessary inputs and approvals.
  • Implement change‑management best practices to ensure smooth adoption of new HR processes or technologies.
  • Monitor project performance against KPIs, conduct post‑implementation reviews, and capture lessons learned for future initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Data Entry Typist: Minimum of 2 years of experience in high‑volume data entry, preferably within an HR or payroll environment.
  • Demonstrated typing speed of at least 70 words per minute with high accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar).
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a dedicated, distraction‑free workspace.
  • HR Project Manager: Minimum of 4 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years focused on HR initiatives.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent credential is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of delivering HR‑related projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
