Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Data Entry & Product Development Analyst to join our U.S. Consumer Services Group. This hybrid role blends meticulous data‑entry expertise with strategic product development responsibilities. You will support the creation, maintenance, and analysis of critical data sets that inform new product concepts, while also contributing to the end‑to‑end product lifecycle—from ideation through launch. The position offers flexibility to work full‑time or part‑time, with a competitive annual salary of $72,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input, validate, and maintain large volumes of product‑related data in internal systems such as Rally, JIRA, and proprietary databases.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including engineering, risk, compliance, legal, and marketing—to translate business requirements into clear, actionable data specifications.
- Conduct market and consumer research, synthesize findings, and feed insights into product requirement documents (PRDs) and feature backlogs.
- Assist product managers in prioritizing features based on customer impact, revenue potential, and technical feasibility, using data‑driven scoring models.
- Support the creation of wireframes, user‑experience (UX) mock‑ups, and prototype testing plans by providing accurate data sets and performance metrics.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives) and ensure data integrity throughout each development sprint.
- Perform A/B testing coordination, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate post‑launch analysis reports to drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring alignment on product specifications, timelines, and compliance requirements.
- Identify data quality issues, propose remediation strategies, and implement data‑governance best practices to maintain high‑quality information across the product lifecycle.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and documentation that help teams understand data workflows and product processes.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development, data analysis, or a related field where data accuracy and product insight were core responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity and meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of turning raw data into actionable product recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross‑functional partners.
- Proficiency with data‑entry tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and familiarity with agile project‑management platforms such as Rally, JIRA, or Azure DevOps.
- Solid understanding of consumer‑centric product design, user research methods, and market analysis techniques.
- Experience navigating complex regulatory environments and collaborating with compliance, legal, and risk teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the financial services or payments industry, particularly with credit‑card or charge‑card products.
- Certification in Agile (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) or product management (e.g., AIPMM Certified Product Manager).
- Knowledge of SQL or other query languages to extract and manipulate data directly from databases.
- Familiarity with data‑visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Previous exposure to large‑scale, multi‑stream initiatives that required coordination across technology, risk, compliance, and marketing.
