About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot Apple Products & Services: Diagnose and resolve technical issues across the Apple ecosystem, including hardware, software, connectivity, and account-related concerns.
  • Guide Customers Through Setup & Usage: Walk customers through product setup, feature activation, data transfer, and best practices to maximize their experience with Apple technology.
  • Escalate Complex Issues: Identify when an issue requires advanced technical intervention and seamlessly escalate to higher-level support teams, ensuring the customer is kept informed throughout the process.
  • Document Interactions Accurately: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, technical solutions provided, and follow-up actions taken.

Essential Qualifications

  • Location: Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the country.
