We are now hiring a Bilingual French & Spanish Customer Experience Representative to join our dynamic remote team in Spain. Your Mission: Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences

As a Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you will be the frontline voice and brand ambassador for some of the most exciting names in fashion, luxury, and e-commerce. Every interaction you have will shape how customers perceive the brand, and you will play an instrumental role in building long-lasting loyalty. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a steady volume of incoming customer contacts through telephone, email, and chat channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Log detailed call information into our advanced call management systems, ensuring accurate documentation and timely response within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain deep service and product knowledge related to the specific applications, tools, and offerings tied to each individual client account.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of each customer profile to deliver highly personalized, context-aware communication.
  • Consistently uphold contractual SLAs while balancing speed, accuracy, and quality.
  • Act as a true Brand Ambassador, embodying the values, tone, and personality of the fashion brands you represent.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey and provide constructive feedback to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to escalate complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay current with evolving fashion trends, product launches, and seasonal campaigns to better serve customers.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proficient or bilingual fluency in French and Spanish, with an advanced command of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong disposition and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Outstanding customer care skills — the ability to actively listen, understand customer needs, and deliver thoughtful, effective solutions.
  • A sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to take calls from initiation through to resolution or appropriate escalation.
  • Initiative, availability to receive ongoing training, and a high degree of adaptability.
  • Proven expertise in client services, ideally with prior experience in fashion, luxury, or boutique environments.
  • A genuine interest in and passion for fashion, along with strong knowledge of the latest trends, designers, and seasonal collections.
  • Demonstrated experience in e-commerce client service, particularly in after-purchase support (returns, exchanges, refunds, delivery inquiries).
  • Strong emotional intelligence, with the ability to identify customer concerns, empathize, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Solid experience working with payment method platforms and processing transactions securely.
  • Working knowledge of CRM software and customer management tools.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Full-time permanent contract: 39 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 to 18:00.
  • Competitive base salary: €18,400 gross per year, plus the potential to earn up to €1,200 gross per year in performance bonuses.
