Remote Mental Health Counselor
Role Overview The Balanced Behavioral Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Mental Health Counselor to join our team in Tacoma, Washington. This full-time position allows you to deliver essential mental health services to clients in an outpatient setting while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients experiencing mental health challenges.
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Current state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor.
- Experience in providing outpatient mental health services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
