Senior Customer Technical Support Specialist - 2nd Shift - REMOTE Join to apply for the Senior Customer Technical Support Specialist - 2nd Shift - REMOTE role at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics . This position is part of the Customer Technical Support Organization (CTSO) located in Miami, Florida, and is fully REMOTE . The role involves providing technical support to customers via telephone, email, video conference, etc., resolving Hardware, Software, Assay, and Training issues in a 24/7 support environment. Responsibilities include Providing advanced commercial knowledge to internal and external customers. Resolving complex issues independently and mentoring peers. Distinguishing between hardware, reagent, and software issues to resolve customer problems or dispatch appropriate resources. Minimum requirements Associate degree or equivalent in biology, clinical lab science, biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, chemistry, and 3+ years of lab or field experience. Ability to articulate and provide directions clearly via phone or email. Willingness to work weekends. Preferred experience Troubleshooting electromechanical instrumentation. Experience in a medical technology call center or medical laboratory. Experience in a Customer Service environment. The hourly range is $30.00 - $41.00 per hour, with potential bonus/incentive pay. Benefits include paid time off, healthcare, and 401(k).
