We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Live Chat Agent to join our support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers via our live chat platform. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via live chat. Address customer issues, questions, and concerns efficiently and effectively.
