About the Role

In this hybrid role, you'll have the flexibility to work remotely while also collaborating with our teams in our office. As a Senior Manager - Clinical Data Management, you'll be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to deliver high-quality data management services across multiple projects and products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Functional Service Providers (FSPs), to drive success and achieve results through effective partnership, performance management, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of Global Study Operations - Data Management (GSO-DM) activities for various therapeutic area products, projects, vendors, or services, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive portfolio management, risk management, resource management, and quality management.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to staff, promoting best practices and consistency across programs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive forward initiatives to enhance performance measures.
• Cultivate and maintain effective partnerships with internal stakeholders, FSPs, and external vendors.
• Stay abreast of industry developments in data management and apply knowledge to improve systems and processes.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of DM and GSO strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Lead and/or participate in cross-functional projects and working groups, providing technical and business process expertise.

What We Expect of You We're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in clinical data management. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical, business, and leadership skills. Basic Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of clinical data experience
• OR Master's degree and 4 years of clinical data experience
• OR Bachelor's degree and 6 years of clinical data experience
• OR Associate's degree and 10 years of clinical data experience
• OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of clinical data experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in life science, computer science, business administration, or a related subject area.
• 10+ years of experience in data management in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• 3+ years of experience in a global organization.
• Previous experience at or oversight of outside clinical research vendors (CROs, central labs, imaging vendors, etc.).
