  • Assist with coordinating bookings, reservations, and scheduling requests.
  • Gather and organize client information and preferences.
  • Review reservation details to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate confirmations, updates, and follow-ups in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organized records of bookings and client interactions.
  • Support a smooth and efficient coordination process from start to finish.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Clear and professional communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
  • Comfortable using email, online systems, and scheduling tools.
  • Experience in customer service, administrative support, or coordination roles (preferred).
  • Interest in travel, hospitality, or event-related services (preferred).
  • Reliable internet connection and the ability to stay organized and productive in a virtual workspace.
