Your Core Responsibilities at arenaflex

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play an essential role in the daily operations that keep our healthcare automation platform running smoothly and accurately. Your work will directly support healthcare providers by ensuring that critical documents are processed, categorized, and entered into our system with the highest levels of accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Accurate Data Input: Process a steady flow of document images and transcribe the contained information into arenaflex systems with precision, ensuring that every record is complete and correctly formatted.
  • Document Classification: Carefully review incoming materials and accurately identify document types based on visual cues and supporting information provided through our platform.
  • Quality Assurance Review: Conduct thorough reviews of your own entered data and, when required, data entered by teammates, verifying accuracy, consistency, and adherence to internal quality standards.
  • HIPAA and PHI Compliance: Maintain strict confidentiality of all Personal Health Information in accordance with HIPAA regulations and arenaflex internal data protection policies.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work professionally and cooperatively with fellow team members, contributing to a positive, respectful, and communicative workplace culture.
  • Process Improvement Contributions: Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to managers regarding workflow enhancements, efficiency opportunities, and quality control measures.
  • Daily Task Management: Complete assigned daily productivity goals and tasks efficiently, managing your time to meet both quality and throughput expectations.
  • General Administrative Support: Perform additional basic office and administrative duties as needed to support broader team operations.

  • Familiarity with healthcare documentation, medical terminology, or HIPAA-regulated environments.
  • Experience working with image-based document review platforms or optical character recognition (OCR) tools.
  • Comfort with structured productivity targets and performance metrics.

Compensation, Schedule, and Work Structure

At arenaflex, we believe in compensating our team fairly and offering scheduling flexibility that supports a healthy work-life balance.

  • Hourly Pay Rate: $12 per hour, paid on a biweekly basis.
  • Employment Options: Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with preference given to candidates seeking full-time employment.
  • Minimum Weekly Commitment: 20 hours per week required at minimum.
  • Shift Availability: Shifts are scheduled between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday, allowing you to select a schedule that best fits your lifestyle.
