Essential Requirements
- Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year of experience working in a customer service, call center, retail support, or similar customer-facing environment. This experience has helped you develop the patience, professionalism, and problem-solving skills we value.

- Fast & Accurate Typing: We receive a high volume of email and chat inquiries, so you’ll need to type quickly and accurately. A typing speed of at least 45 WPM is preferred.
- Reliable Internet Connection: Must have access to a stable internet connection with a minimum of 100 kb/s download speed to support our communication systems and ensure uninterrupted service.
- Dedicated Home Workspace: A quiet, secure home workspace where you can focus and maintain confidentiality. The ability to be available and responsive to customer contacts during your scheduled hours is essential.
