Key Responsibilities of the Remote Amazon Data Entry Specialist

As a Remote Amazon Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a central role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of product data across our client portfolio. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Product Information Input and Updates: Accurately input, modify, and update product information within the Amazon platform, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, pricing, and backend keywords. You will ensure that every detail aligns with Amazon's style guides and our clients' brand standards.
  • Data Accuracy and Integrity Assurance: Conduct routine audits of product listings to verify that all information is current, complete, and free from errors. You will implement quality control checks to maintain the highest standards of data accuracy.
  • Discrepancy Identification and Resolution: Review listings for inconsistencies, errors, or missing data, and take prompt corrective action. This includes identifying duplicate entries, incorrect categories, and outdated product information.
  • Continuous Listing Monitoring: Proactively monitor active Amazon listings to ensure ongoing accuracy, flagging any anomalies such as suppressed listings, policy violations, or customer-reported issues.
  • Organized Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive, well-organized records of all data entry activities, including change logs, audit trails, and updates made on behalf of clients. This documentation is critical for transparency and accountability.
  • Team Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members, account managers, and client support staff to resolve any data-related issues quickly and effectively. Clear and proactive communication is essential to our collective success.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, including preparing reports, compiling performance metrics, and supporting special projects that contribute to the overall efficiency of the operations team.
  • Adherence to Standards and Protocols: Follow arenaflex's established data entry standards, internal protocols, and Amazon's seller central guidelines to ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality output across all tasks.

Essential Qualifications and Educational Requirements

To succeed in this role at arenaflex, candidates must meet the following baseline requirements:
