Join arenaflex: Where Precision Meets Opportunity in E-Commerce Excellence

arenaflex is a forward-thinking, fully remote organization dedicated to helping brands, sellers, and entrepreneurs succeed on the world’s largest online marketplace. Our team specializes in managing, optimizing, and maintaining high-volume product listings, ensuring that every piece of data uploaded to Amazon is accurate, compliant, and strategically positioned for maximum visibility. We believe that the backbone of every successful e-commerce operation is clean, well-organized data—and we are looking for a talented, meticulous, and self-motivated individual to join our growing team as a Remote Amazon Marketplace Data Entry Specialist.

If you thrive in a structured, detail-oriented environment, love the challenge of working with large volumes of information, and want to build a meaningful career within the booming e-commerce industry, this opportunity is designed for you. At arenaflex, you won’t just be inputting data—you’ll be playing a critical role in shaping the way customers discover and engage with products across the Amazon ecosystem.

About the Role

As a Remote Amazon Marketplace Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the accurate input, update, and ongoing maintenance of product information across the Amazon platform. Your work will directly influence the discoverability, compliance, and performance of hundreds—or even thousands—of product listings. You will collaborate closely with our operations, quality assurance, and account management teams to ensure data integrity while contributing to broader process improvements that help arenaflex deliver best-in-class service to our clients.

This is a full-time, fully remote position with consistent weekday hours, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while enjoying the structure and support of a professional, mission-driven team. Whether you’re an experienced data entry professional or someone looking to transition into the e-commerce space, arenaflex provides the training, tools, and support needed to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Listing Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain detailed product information within the Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, pricing, and backend keywords.
  • Data Accuracy & Integrity: Review and verify product data to ensure 100% accuracy before publishing, flagging inconsistencies and correcting errors in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Listing Audits & Monitoring: Proactively monitor active Amazon listings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Amazon’s style guides and category-specific requirements.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Identify, investigate, and correct data discrepancies across internal systems and the Amazon marketplace, working with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Record Keeping & Documentation: Maintain organized, audit-ready records of all data entry activities, changes, and communications in accordance with arenaflex’s internal data governance policies.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate proactively with team members, account managers, and client support staff to resolve data-related questions, escalations, and workflow challenges.
  • Process Adherence: Follow established data entry standards, quality benchmarks, and operational protocols to ensure consistent, high-quality output across all client accounts.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with related administrative and operational tasks, including reporting, spreadsheet management, and process documentation as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on workflows, tools, and templates to help arenaflex continually enhance efficiency, accuracy, and the overall employee experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven Data Entry Experience: Demonstrated experience in a data entry, data management, or administrative role with a strong track record of accuracy and productivity.
  • Amazon Marketplace Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Amazon seller ecosystem, including product listing structures, category requirements, and basic SEO principles for Amazon search (A9/A10 algorithm).
  • Exceptional Attention to Detail: A keen eye for identifying errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve data quality.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Google Sheets), data management software, and learning new platforms quickly.
  • Organizational & Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Self-Sufficiency & Independence: A self-starter who can work productively from home with minimal supervision while staying connected to the broader team.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document issues and collaborate across distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Formal Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
  • E-Commerce Platform Experience: Prior hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, or third-party tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Keepa is a strong plus.
  • Bulk Upload Knowledge: Familiarity with flat file uploads, inventory loader templates, and bulk listing processes on Amazon.
  • Quality Assurance Background: Experience in a QA, audit, or compliance-focused role within a data-driven environment.
  • Typing Speed & Accuracy: A typing speed of 60+ WPM with a high degree of accuracy is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies for Success

To excel as a Remote Amazon Marketplace Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will rely on a combination of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate:

  • Analytical Thinking: The ability to interpret data, spot patterns, and make sound decisions based on the information in front of you.
  • Adaptability: Comfort navigating change, learning new tools, and adjusting to evolving client needs and marketplace requirements.
  • Accountability: A strong sense of ownership over your work and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes on time.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Resourcefulness in identifying root causes of data issues and proposing effective solutions.
  • Customer-Centric Attitude: An understanding that your work ultimately serves the end customer and the brands we support.
