The Mid-Market Sales team at arenaflex serves as a growth engine for our diverse portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and manage high-impact relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, operational pain points, and key success metrics to position arenaflex as an indispensable strategic partner.
  • Strategic Joint Planning: Structure clear, long-term joint strategies between arenaflex and our clients. Lead cross-functional internal teams to collaborate on initiatives, ensuring alignment of resources, expertise, and solutions to drive mutual success and measurable outcomes.
  • Growth Achievement: Plan for and consistently achieve ambitious growth goals by presenting arenaflex advertising products and solutions that effectively address client marketing objectives. Develop accurate forecasts, manage pipeline activity, and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Data-Driven Analysis & Insights: Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals. Quantify high-impact opportunities with clear, actionable recommendations, and present compelling narratives that demonstrate the tangible value of arenaflex solutions.
  • Product Mastery: Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of how arenaflex advertising products work and how they can be leveraged to meet a wide range of marketing goals. Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide thought leadership to clients.
  • Storytelling & Customer Engagement: Utilize the art of storytelling as a core customer engagement strategy. Craft compelling narratives that resonate with executive audiences, illustrate the transformative potential of our solutions, and inspire action.
  • Business Acumen & Strategic Advisory: Leverage your business acumen to strategically assess client needs, identify untapped opportunities, and serve as a trusted advisor who helps clients navigate the complexities of the digital advertising landscape.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough research and market analysis to anticipate how decisions are made within client organizations. Persistently explore and uncover the evolving business needs of key clients to ensure proactive and relevant solution delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, digital media, or advertising sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and driving growth.
  • Executive Engagement: Demonstrated experience influencing, selling to, or building relationships with C-level stakeholders and senior decision-makers.

  • Portfolio Management: Experience managing a diverse portfolio of clients in an advertising, media sales, or digital marketing context.
  • Multi-Channel Sales Expertise: Experience selling against both traditional and digital media advertising solutions, with the ability to articulate the value of integrated approaches.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a highly competitive compensation package designed to attract, retain, and reward top talent. For this full-time position based in the United States, the base salary range is $129,000 to $191,000, plus bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and reflect the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all U.S. locations. Individual compensation is determined by work location, job-related skills, relevant experience, and additional factors.
