Position Overview

We are seeking motivated, detail‑oriented individuals to join our remote workforce as Data Entry Specialists. In this role, you will be the backbone of our data‑capture engine, converting scanned images and electronic documents into accurate, structured information that powers downstream analytics, claims processing, and population‑health insights. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of healthcare providers, insurers, and payers across the nation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input data into the QuickClaim system using a continuous stream of image files.
  • Identify document types (e.g., claim forms, eligibility letters, medical records) based on visual cues and accompanying metadata.
  • Review and verify entered data to ensure it meets or exceeds quality standards, targeting a 99.5% accuracy rate.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate professionally with teammates, supervisors, and cross‑functional partners to resolve ambiguities and improve data quality.
  • Provide actionable suggestions for process enhancements, automation opportunities, and workflow optimizations.
  • Complete daily task quotas, ensuring that all assigned work is finished before the end of your shift.
  • Perform additional office duties as needed, such as basic reporting, data validation, or assisting with training new hires.

Essential Qualifications
