  • Engage 2‑3 customers simultaneously via the LiveEngage (LivePerson) chat platform, delivering prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance.
  • Guide shoppers through product selections, lens options, and promotional offers to maximize the value of their purchase.
  • Proactively communicate with managers and teammates through one‑on‑one meetings, team huddles, and chat channels to ensure alignment and success in a virtual environment.
  • Maintain a high‑energy, solution‑focused attitude while handling a fast‑paced, dynamic workload.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues on the spot, exercising empowered decision‑making to create positive outcomes for customers.
  • Achieve and exceed performance metrics, including revenue per chat, quality scores, availability, and reliability.

Essential Qualifications – What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Minimum 2‑3 years of customer‑service experience, preferably in a remote or digital‑support setting.
  • Exceptional typing speed (≥ 40 wpm) and strong technical proficiency with web‑based tools.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet (≥ 20 Mbps download, ≥ 10 Mbps upload) and a dedicated, distraction‑free workspace.
