  • Record Management: Maintain complete, up‑to‑date computerized records of each participant interaction, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Program Compliance: Perform a variety of tasks that keep program requirements current, including staying informed about policy changes and updating procedural documentation.
  • Timely Processing: Ensure participant inquiries and annual reviews are processed within established timelines to meet client needs and program mandates.

Essential Qualifications

  • Must be a resident of Missouri and live at least 45 minutes away from Jefferson City.
