  • Stay up-to-date with the features and functionalities of the arenaflex platform and our partner staffing apps, ensuring you're always equipped to provide the best possible support.
  • Assist gig workers in navigating the arenaflex platform and troubleshoot any technical issues they may encounter, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Actively promote the benefits and features of arenaflex to gig workers to encourage engagement and participation, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
  • Document and escalate complex or unresolved queries to the appropriate departments for further assistance, ensuring that every issue is addressed and resolved.
  • *Essential Qualifications:**

• Proven experience as a customer support agent or similar role, preferably in the gig economy or staffing industry, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this space.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and in person.
