Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input a high volume of data into arenaflex’s proprietary and third‑party computer systems, maintaining a minimum error rate of 99.5%.
  • Verify, cross‑check, and reconcile data entries against source documents to identify and correct discrepancies.
  • Maintain and regularly update databases, spreadsheets, and digital records with the latest information, ensuring data integrity.
  • Adhere to strict data confidentiality and security protocols, safeguarding sensitive customer and operational information.
  • Collaborate virtually with team members, supervisors, and other departments to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
  • Participate in regular quality‑control audits and provide feedback to improve data‑entry processes.
  • Perform additional clerical duties as assigned, such as scanning documents, organizing digital files, and supporting administrative projects.
  • Utilize arenaflex’s communication tools (email, chat, video conferencing) to stay aligned with team objectives and company initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration, information management, or related fields is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and web‑based applications.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy.
